Street Eatz can bring the truck to your event anywhere in Waterford and the south east of Ireland. Weddings, birthdays, corporate days, club functions and festivals — the food is cooked on site and handed over hot, which is the part a buffet cannot do. Guests eat street food at its best rather than something that has been sitting in a tray since the speeches.
A fully equipped food truck, staffed, cooking your chosen menu to order in front of your guests. We agree the menu with you in advance and can build it around the event: a tight two-item menu for speed at a wedding, or a wider selection for a longer corporate day. Dry-aged smash burgers, flatbreads and loaded fries are the core, and we can adapt around dietary requirements if you tell us early.
Late-night food at a wedding is the thing guests actually remember, and it is the point in the evening when a hot burger does more work than another round of sandwiches. We arrive, set up out of the way, and serve when you want us to — usually after the band starts. Because everything is cooked to order there is no chafing dish and no lukewarm compromise.
For staff days, open days, sports clubs and local festivals we can work to a headcount and a fixed budget, either billed to you or sold directly to attendees. We will be straight with you about how many covers we can turn out per hour, because an under-resourced food offering at an event is worse than none at all.
